Your Personal Management Plan

This 12-week program is aimed at helping you create a management plan for your diagnosed, or undiagnosed, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). It focuses on the "trifecta" (EDS, POTS, MCAS) and related considerations like MTHFR, while prioritizing the psychological resilience required for navigating chronic illness.

Disclaimer: This program is educational. All clients are advised that this does not replace medical advice. All exercise and dietary interventions must be cleared by your primary care providers, particularly given the multisystem fragility associated with connective tissue disorders.

Week 1: Foundations & The "Trifecta" Mapping.

Our focus will begin by mapping symptom correlations between EDS (joint instability), POTS (autonomic dysregulation), and MCAS (histamine flares).  We will also explore acceptance-based strategies; moving from "fighting" the body to "partnering" with it.

2

Week 2: Pacing & Energy Budgeting.

This week will focus on implementing the "Spoon Theory" practically., establishing rest-to-activity ratios, and  identifying "Activity Ceilings" to prevent post-exertional malaise (PEM).

3

Week 3: Nervous System Regulation.

Learn about the central nervous systems role in the Trifecta, including Vagus nerve stimulation (safe, non-strenuous exercises) to calm the sympathetic nervous system often triggered by POTS/MCAS.

4

Week 4: Nutrition & Supplementation Awareness (MTHFR/MCAS).

The next step in managing your EDS symptoms is to understand low-histamine diets (for MCAS) and methylation support (for MTHFR).

5-8

Weeks 5-8: Building Capacity & Functional Safety.

Includes: Isometrics & Joint Stabilization, POTS Management Strategies, Environmental & Sensory Management, and Psychological Resilience & Boundaries.

9-12

Weeks 9-12: Integration & Long-term Sustainability.

Includes: Movement Progression, The MTHFR & Mental Health Connection, Relapse Recovery Planning, and Review & Future Roadmap.

You deserve support that recognizes the whole person—not just a diagnosis. This program helps you build practical skills, increase self-trust, and create a more manageable, sustainable life with chronic illness.

This coaching program is educational and supportive. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe medication or supplements, or replace care from qualified healthcare professionals. Exercise, dietary changes, fluid or salt adjustments, and supplements should be reviewed with your medical team.
